Easyjive Classes - The Complete Night Out
Doors open at 7:30pm every Tuesday
As soon as you walk through the doors you will be greeted by friendly staff, comfy chairs and a subsidised bar. Many people will grab a drink and then head off into the main room to try out some of the moves that they learnt last week.
Beginner Class 8:15pm
Your teacher will welcome you to Easyjive and teach you four beginner moves to get you jiving straight away. During the class you will get to dance with everyone. After the class, which lasts around 40 minutes, you will get a chance to practice your new moves.
During the intermediate class, there will be an opportunity for you to run through the beginner class again in a smaller group.
Intermediate Class 9:15pm
If you are familiar with the moves taught in the beginner classes, then you might like to try this class.
The intermediate class is slightly more challenging than the beginner classes and lasts around 30 minutes.
Freestyle 9:50 until 11pm
After the classes, the lights go down, the music goes up and it's party time. It's time to practice and dance your Easyjive moves or chat to your new-found friends in the bar.
During the freestyle session your teacher will be on hand to dance with you and explain anything you need to know about modern jive.
